Rosemary Booker

Rosemary has been guiding students in the art of yoga for almost two decades. She seamlessly blends the spiritual and physical through her expert ability to correct misalignments in the outer body, alongside practices, including inspirational breath work which promote therapeutic healing for the inner subtle body. You’ll leave her sessions with greater clarity, a sense of wellbeing and a body that feels a more comfortable place to dwell.

Claire Bradley

Claire began attending yoga classes over 20 years ago, inspired by her mum who has practised all her life. She was immediately hooked, and through enhancing her own life with yoga was inspired to teach. Claire’s nurturing classes draw on various styles including Yin and Vinyasa, gently encouraging you to create shapes to open your body, release aches and tension, creating space to breathe deeply so you leave feeling a little softer, taller and more connected to you.

Catherine Turner

Catherine's twenty year journey with yogic meditative practices began while she was working in the world of glossy magazines. The profound benefits she experienced led her to take time out to learn and absorb more on her travels to India, Bali and Thailand. She believes we’re all natural meditators no matter how busy our minds, and loves sharing techniques she has learned with everyone - beginners or more experienced yogis, all ages, all walks of life.
