Wellbeing is a part of everything we do. Connection to self, the local community and surrounding countryside, to enhance wellbeing and create new experiences and realities.



Connect with the surrounding environment with open water swimming and guided nature walks and connect to self with a regular programme of yoga, gong baths, outdoor fitness and massage.



Find stillness with our regular programme of guided meditations, immerse yourself in a completely passive yet powerful gong bath session and create a deeper connection to self by practicing Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga. Our classes are open to hotel guests, the local community and are suitable for beginners and experts alike.

Open Water Swimming

Our hour-long open water swimming sessions take place daily on the Castle Ashby Estate in a spectacular fresh water lake with our OWS Lifeguard. Please note you must be at least 16 years old, you must have your own tow-float and have booked in advance online. Spectators are not permitted and there are no toilet or changing facilities at the lake.

Nature Programme

The 10,500 acre Castle Ashby Estate is home to an incredible array of flora, fauna and wildlife that is ever-changing with the seasons. Connect to this diverse landscape with our programme of seasonal nature walks and discover ancient woodland, fields, meadows and lakes.
