Get active in the clean air and greenest of surroundings by joining our engaging and uplifting HiiT classes on the marquee lawn (weather permitting). Whether you’re an occasional dog walker or a peak performer, each session is carefully crafted to build strength and fitness through a variety of varying intensity group exercises to raise your energy and mood. Also, our team of estate gardeners can guide you on biking and running routes in the area, and Spring 21 will see the introduction of Paddle Boarding and SUP Yoga on the lake alongside The Wild Swimming Club.
Weekly HiiT group sessions begin in November. One to one training sessions available on request.
