The felt sense of ancient stillness at The Falcon makes it an ideal place to begin, re-ignite or dive deeper into meditation. Join us for live weekend group sessions including a weekly Discovery Talk for beginners and those wanting to know more; and Walk into Stillness, a gentle moving meditation, beginning with simple standing stretches and breathing (in our coats and boots), leading to silent connection with nature. Guests can tune into in-room guided meditations from renowned yoga teacher, Tias Little - prepare for sleep with the blissful evening or restore any time with the energising practise.
Weekly small group sessions begin in November. One to ones available on request.
