A not to be missed opportunity to lie back on comfy cushions and blankets in The Yoga Barn and allow healing vibrations to wash over you. Sound therapy has been used for centuries in many cultures to bring us back into balance, and in these sessions, you’ll be taken on a live sound journey with Himalayan singing and crystal bowls, gongs and other instruments including bells, rattles, drums and flute. The sounds ebb and flow, reach crescendos, ebb away again, to bring us into silence. Benefits are many including improved sleep, reduction of stress, renewed clarity and positivity.
